Good shoes for my first Nike's
I'm used to wearing skate shoes, so my feet have become flat over the years. When I first wore these Nike Shox, i thought there was something wrong with them, because my feet felt like they were being pushed up in wrong places, but within a few days my foot formed to the shoe and over time has actually benefited me greatly.<br /><br />I walk with more precision, and I know it sounds silly, but it almost feels like I have a more planted foot with every step I take.<br /><br />Running in these shoes are AMAZING, oh man what a difference between skate shoes and these. I feel like running sometimes just because these shoes absorb impact so freaking well.<br /><br />I even ride my longboard better in these shoes believe it or not, probably because I am more planted and my center of gravity is directed more efficiently on my foot, even with only one foot on the board.<br /><br />I've had them for several months now, and I wear them to work every day (M-F).<br /><br />I had to get Dr. Scholls insoles for my skate shoes because they are just too darn flat now.<br /><br />The shoes start to squeak the dustier/drier they get, but I've read that a some lotion or moisturizer would help fix that, have yet to try it.

If so throw them away and get a good pair of running/walking shoes like these.<br /><br />No they're not the Ultra Light shoe that is all of the rage, but would you rather your shoe weigh 2 oz. less or be comfortable?<br /><br />These definitely are the best running shoes that I have owned. This will be my 4th pair of Waves.<br /><br />I am now a true blue Mizuno wearer.
Run a little big for Nike
Shipped fast. Perfect condition. We had to send back for a smaller size though as these Nike shoes run a little big. Nike generally run small so we mistakenly ordered a size up. Don't make that misktake. Great supportive shoes.
Nike Air Max shoes
Amazing pair of shoes and have gotten alot of compliments on them. I would definitely recommend these if you want a good shoe for the gym or just everyday walking.

the insole is pretty rough so I don't recommend wearing it barefoot. If you wear nice socks it's very comfortable.
From decades of Nike....
So, I've been a diehard Nike wearer for decades, particularly in the gym as the last that they had built their shoes on always accommodated my semi wide foot in the larger sizes (without buying an actual 'wide' shoe size). In the last few years, they changed that and have started making a narrower and narrower footbox which makes for a miserable gym shoe.<br /><br />I've avoided UA shoes (and gear) like the plague until I spotted these at a dept. store and immediately recognized their wide footbox. Slipped them on and it was like they were custom fit to my size 13 feet. Amazon had the best price, so I ordered them up and couldn't be happier this year. Treadmill, squat, DLs, bike, whatever...it's all been great in this shoe. Fantastic support, many, many miles on them with hardly any visible wear and not even smelly.<br /><br />They are ugly, but man do they perform. I might be a UA guy from now on.
