Compared to Reebok nano 3 (CF74)
I have been a fan of the Reebok CrossFit Nano U-Form Cross Training Shoes and after a lot of use I went in search of my next favorite shoe a) the nanos were wearing and b) it seemed like my balance exercises were suffering. Bought the Reebok nano 3 (CF74) and after a month or so I noticed my ankles were sore. I do a lot of lunges and plyometrics but it took me a while to figure out the the sole (hardness) and sides of the shoe were not allowing my ankle to move in deep side lunges. (I think the Reeboks would be great for lifting but they really make you exaggerate the side movement (think side lunge or jumping side to side) since your feet are perfectly aligned to the floor with a harder more rigid sole) Ok, on to the next shoe, the New Balance Men's MX20v4 Minimus.<br /><br />The new balance shoe weighs about as much as a pair of wool socks and are very comfortable. They are a little wide in the toe box, (I'm usually and D or W) if you have narrow feet, you may want to look elsewhere. Very comfortable for my workouts, barely know they are there. I feel like I have improved stability for balance exercises. As for running...I'm not a real runner type, but I'm thinking these would be just ok, just not for a marathon, or a lot of outdoor work.

A better option than the Reebok Flashfilm if you're shopping for a crosstrainer
These shoes fit my feet like socks and weigh about as much (super light). I haven't had the opportunity to try them on turf yet, but they are great on the street. There isn't much tread on the bottom so I don't know if I would try these on trails but great for sprints and olympic lifts so far.
Reebok's Free Run
Outstanding! Better than the Real Flex and virtually the same comfort and performance as the Nike Free Runs at a more reasonable price. Highly recommended!
REEBOK
The shoes arrived as promised and were packaged as they should be. These are really great shoes, as they are a direct replacement for a pair that I have been wearing for several years. BUT ------ even though both the old and the new are referred to as SIZE 9, the new shoes are just a bit tighter, and that is based on sizing, not age / wear.
Made me a Reebok fan.
I haven't worn or bought Reebok's in decades but after reading how these are the top crossfit shoes to own, they are the best gym shoes I've ever owned. I usually wear size 11.5 in Adidas and new balance; size 12 in Nike and these fit me in 12 perfectly. I only use these for weight training and also own some zero drop shoes. In comparison as far as stability on compound lifts (deadlift & squat) super solid and no difference in achieving PR in either. These made me a Reebok fan after many decades of not buying/wearing.

I LOVED THESE SHOES FOR EVERYTHING.<br /><br />(had purchased when they first came out, have worn out first pair which I am referring to in this review)<br /><br />I am in the fitness industry, and do everything under the sun. These were my primary shoe for at least a year. Mind you, I do change my shoes based upon activity to minimize risk of injury as well as unnecessary ware. I will say, that these soon became my primary work shoes, and as such have experienced nearly every form of training intensity under the sun.<br /><br />These shoes were light, comfy, and definitely caught a few eyes. This is especially true when you consider I picked them to match my companies color scheme.<br /><br />I suggest this shoe and purchase this shoe one more than one occasion. It has brought me back into the arms of Reebok for exercise shoes. I typically write my reviews upon the complete life cycle of the shoes.
